Have a catalog with a catalog code to get shipping for 4.99. It says, “ for your 4.99 flat-rate shipping, use our order form, or when ordering by phone/internet, provide the catalog code in the blue box.” i put all items in my cart and enter all info however there is no place to enter the code.
I call the customer service number to check if I’m missing something, was told no there is no place to enter it online. The lady informed me that they get that complaint a lot but the catalogs are from a third party. WHAT? It’s their catalog!!
Was told I could send in the order form from the catalog!
So unhappy it’s 2017 and you have to order by phone or send in their order form to get the deal that THEY offer. Get it together!
