Exchange, Refund and Cancellation Policy

My Mother In Law sent me a birthday gift of a plaid quilted vest that just wasn't quite my style. I returned the vest with credit card information to upgrade my exchange for a different item.

I specifically requested that the giver not be notified of the exchange. For the last several weeks I've been contacting the company by email and after a period of eight weeks was just informed that the my mother in law's card had been credited for the amount.

Lord I wish I hadn't put my credit card information on the return for upgrade but now I'll have to cancel my credit card just in case. This is a horrible company to do business with and I will never deal with them again!

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Return was handled improperly.
