OMG....Should have read these "reviews" before...placing my order.

Ordered (4) printed tee shirts,...M.... ($100.00)....when they finally arrived......they wouldn't have fit a "small" girl ! I was "shocked" to say the least. The next day I repacked and Paid $20 in postage to send them back. Their Customer Service and Delivery are the WORST. Beware IF you place an order

I e-mailed your company and phoned your customer serviice department to cancel my VIP membership. Neither situation worked and you keep billing me for membership on my credit card. How do I get out of this scam?

They act like they are doing you a favor, I called to see when my order will come the girl Crystal said its on its way with NO DATE TO WHEN YOU WILL GET IT. Really that is an answer..... She did give me the tracking order number after telling her I need to know if it was shipped yet. omg really moron. Fedex has it sitting in glendale now for two days, There customer service sucks , I will never order again from this company.

I purchased an item 11/13 and paid $29.94 for “next day service” on an item I needed after surgery. The next day there was nothing so I sent an email requesting why it had not shipped. I got an email back 11/15 that it was in the warehouse. No kidding! I emailed back, “You did not address the problem. Why hasn’t it shipped? I paid for next day. I want my shipping costs refunded.” No response as of today 11/16. I check the status. It has shipped, with an estimated arrival date of 11/24! I sent another email because they do not answer their phone. Well they do but you are put on hold and they never come back. Will never purchase another thing but will not give up getting my $29.94 back!

My internet experience with Country Store

I found a hummingbird tee shirt for my mother on this site and beings she loves hummingbirds I felt this was appropriate. Also found a plus size fleece hoodie. When recd the pkg there was an extra item that I had not ordered and not been charged with. The plus size fleece was shoddy and too small so I returned it and the item not ordered. The post office charged me $13 which included insurance and tracking. I emailed customer service 3 times about waiving some of the shipping. I was willing to pay what they pay ($5) but since I was honest and returned the unordered item on my dime I felt I needed to be compensated for the balance. Was ultimately told no. In this day and time I feel that could be more customer focused and lenient with their shipping process. I will not be ordering from them again.

You should have arranged the return with the company before shipping it off on your dime. Many, if not most, will provide a prepaid postage label and/or and RMA (return material authorization) to simplify the process. Check first next time you want to return something and maybe save yourself $13 and some aggravation.

HORRIBLE!!

I placed an order on 8/8. Got an automatic 15% discount on every item when I placed order. Had a coupon, found on-line for $4.99 S&H, which they would not honor. I cancelled the order. They wanted $20 S&H!!! I reconsidered the next day cuz THEIR CATALOG FRONT PAGE (which I missed first time) offered $4.99 flat shipping, and I loved the items I saw. I ordered the same items. Yesterday, it was $170 (w/ discount) + $20 S&H = $190. Today, order totals $209, NO 15% and, supposed $4.99 S&H - I never finished the order cuz I was so frustrated by the non-English-speaking Cust Svc Rep who just kept saying maybe the 15% promo wasn't honored today. She couldn't answer my questions and was totally inept. Their products seem lovely, but I won't spent that kind of money (even tho I have it) when the company remains inflexible and unwilling to assist with a customer's issue. Don't waste your money or your time on these people.

When the Country Store told me that there would be a delay in shipping I told them to cancel the order. They said that they could not and a partial order arrived two days later in a wrinkled broken dirty box. No return label or instructions in the box and one sham did not match the other. Wrong one sent and wrong number on invoice. Returning this very heavy box is expensive but they do not care at all. Also the colors in the catalogue do match the quilts sent. Never again will I shop with them but I am sure they could care less. CHELSEA1234

Yeowzers, I guess Amazon et al has distorted my expectations for online shipping. My order did not ship for 4 days, then tracking info notes 10+ days for delivery ... coming via hippopotamus or what? If you have an eternity to wait go ahead and order ... if you need your order before the sun fizzles out ... may want to find another supplier. Need to enter 100 words. Ok, how about this is this 100 words... or is this an english mid term .. Did not know it would be this hard to *** about stuff maybe I should just start drinking now~~~

Have a catalog with a catalog code to get shipping for 4.99. It says, “ for your 4.99 flat-rate shipping, use our order form, or when ordering by phone/internet, provide the catalog code in the blue box.” i put all items in my cart and enter all info however there is no place to enter the code. I call the customer service number to check if I’m missing something, was told no there is no place to enter it online. The lady informed me that they get that complaint a lot but the catalogs are from a third party. WHAT? It’s their catalog!! Was told I could send in the order form from the catalog! So unhappy it’s 2017 and you have to order by phone or send in their order form to get the deal that THEY offer. Get it together!

Received 2 of 3 items in about 2 wks. Third item was backordered (which they failed to inform me)— finally rec’d 28 days later. One item very inferior quality— not like catalog picture at all, and other item was ok, but decided I did not want. Very disappointed they do not provide a pre-paid return label. My cost to return ship USPS $12.90!! So my total shipping cost will be nearly $18.00! Called customer service to complain of very poor service— no help at all! Buyer beware of this company— will never use them again.

This company will show "in warehouse" ....a week or more trying to get out of stock items back in stock. I suspect to save on the $4.99 flat shipping charge. Often it's one item needed to complete an outfit which is frustrating. They are not up front with customers and emails of inquiry are never answered. Impressions is also part of this group I discovered. They shorted me an item and I had a heck of a time getting this item sent after I finally called......... after emails being ignored or answered in a manner that had nothing to do with my inquiry. Both have cute clothes but it's the pits dealing with customer service.

Completely Ignored My Written Request for Exchange

My Mother In Law sent me a birthday gift of a plaid quilted vest that just wasn't quite my style. I returned the vest with credit card information to upgrade my exchange for a different item. I specifically requested that the giver not be notified of the exchange. For the last several weeks I've been contacting the company by email and after a period of eight weeks was just informed that the my mother in law's card had been credited for the amount. Lord I wish I hadn't put my credit card information on the return for upgrade but now I'll have to cancel my credit card just in case. This is a horrible company to do business with and I will never deal with them again!

Horrible Customer Service

I'm still working with this company concerning a return that tracking shows was received on August 30th. The worst customer service I have ever dealt with. 4-6 weeks to process a return in this day and age is completely unacceptable. No wonder most of us only order on Amazon! I've read other reviews about this company and can only wonder why they are still in business. I don't really post many reviews but I will when the customer service is horrible to warn others. I can only wonder at how many employees this company has if it takes this long to process a return. Will NEVER NEVER order anything from this company again!

Unresponsive Customer Service

I had an item back ordered and I tried repeatedly to learn what the estimated delivery status was. I could not receive a word in reply to my requests to Customer Service.

Even submitting all info including the order number. No reply! Extremely disappointed with them because they have many items of interest to us. Anyone who has ever dealt with customers/clients/public knows that opening and maintaining lines of communication is a top priority.

Why in God's name do they offer a Customer Service email and phone number if they do not plan on staffing it and replying to inquiries. A very unprofessional organization who will not be seeing my business.

Country Store Catalog - Shipping Service Review

Incompetent --I ordered an item that was out of stock. When it finally came in my credit card and been reissued because of a problem. 4 phone calls later they shipped the item. When I asked for a discount to compensate for my time and inconvience they refused. Orginal order date was Nov 19th and the item a Christmas gift for my 80 year old Mom will arrive two days after Christmas. The company advised I could request a credit after my item was shipped and then refused. When I tried to cancel the item Fed Ex who had orginal promised the item on Dec 24 and then later on the 27th said while in transit they could not terminate shipping and return as the USPO office was using as a Smartpost third party vendor. Talk about false advertising nothing smart in any of this process but the two companies profit margin. Customer service is dead the company warehouse was moved during the process and I had two items from different vendors shipped and one item arrived a week before the on that I am canceling and doing return to sender. Never ordering from any of these companies again!
